The Federal Government has charged three suspects over the alleged kidnapping of pupils and teachers from a school in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The defendants—Abdulrazak Umar (also known as Abu Khalifa/Abu Khalid), Yunusa Musa (also known as Yunusa bin Musa), and Adamu Sani (also known as Abu Itisar)—are facing a 10-count charge bordering on terrorism, kidnapping, concealment, incitement, and illegal mining before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
According to the charges, the suspects allegedly conspired with others between January and May 2026 to carry out the abduction.
