A 35-year-old woman, Hauwa’u Haruna, has reportedly been arrested by the Bauchi State Police Command over the alleged killing of her co-wife, Jamila Adamu.
According to the police, the incident occurred during a domestic dispute at Tafawa Balewa Housing Estate on Sunday, September 27. The suspect allegedly struck Jamila on the forehead with a pestle.
The victim was rushed to Specialist Hospital, Bauchi, where she was reportedly pronounced dead. Police said the suspect was arrested and the alleged weapon recovered as investigation continues. 🚔⚠️
