“Paulo and I don’t want marriage. There are times when i want to be alone that i just park my bags and say “Babe, i dey go my house’ and he says ‘okay baby Bye bye’. Because he understands that.” – Iyabo Ojo talks about the dynamics of her relationship with her partner/boyfriend Paulo O. “I can tell him i will see him in 5 days, and then maybe after 3 days i can appear again. It depends on how busy i get. But we never fight over that because he understands. Even though we might not be together in the same place, we communicate. He can also say he is travelling for months to the USA china and i am okay with it because i can see him at any time. There is an open ticket for me. He will not propose to me because we don’t want marriage. We are good this way and we understand this perfectly.” Iyabo Ojo, 47 and Paulo O is 58, have been in a relationship for over three years and counting.
